Home Care Plus would like to recognize Yasmin P. as our Caregiver of
the Month for December. Her compassion and giving heart have been
evident since she started with Home Care Plus. Yasmin cares for her
clients with dignity, love and respect and treats them like family. She
has consistently demonstrated that she is dedicated to improving the
