The vaccine for Covid-19 has been distributed for the last month or so here in the US. President Biden pledged to administer 100million doses in his first 100 days of office, and it seems that he will be able to hit those numbers. According to NPR, as of February 26th, the US has administered nearly 69million doses of the Covid-19 vaccine. That means nearly 14% of the US has received the vaccine. In South Carolina, our progress is going well. Just over 5million people have gotten the vaccine, meaning 13.3% of the South Carolina population has been vaccinated against Covid-19.
