The first week of December is National Hand Washing Week!
Experts recommend washing your hands with soap and clean water for at least 20 seconds. Be sure to clean the backs of your hands, under your fingernails and between fingers. Dry them using a clean towel.
The CDC calls hand washing a do-it-yourself vaccine and suggests remembering these 5 easy steps: Wet, lather, scrub, rinse and dry.
Your hands should always wash your hands when they are dirty and before eating. Do not cough or sneeze into your hands. Do not put your fingers in your nose, eyes or mouth
