Home Care Plus was founded in 2010 by Tom Kuppens, a Charleston local.
Prior to Home Care Plus, Tom worked for IBM Corporation for several years and owned and operated a networking infra-structure company here in Charleston called Systems & Services.
Since then, Tom and the staff at Home Care Plus have been serving the Lowcountry by providing exceptional, family-oriented, and compassionate in-home care.
