Combat Your Cold with these Home Remedies

We are well into cold and flu season, and if you haven’t gotten one or the other yet there is a good chance you will before spring arrives.  Keep these tips in mind when illness strikes and you will be on the fast track to feeling better!

1. Saline nasal sprays can help with a stuffy nose, as can keeping your head propped up when you sleep.

2. The steam from a warm shower can help with congestion and relax you before bedtime.

3.  A hot cup of decaffeinated tea with lemon can help dry up a runny nose.
