Combat Your Cold with these Home Remedies

We are well into cold and flu season, and if you haven’t gotten one or the other yet there is a good chance you will before spring arrives. ¬†Keep these tips in mind when illness strikes and you will be on the fast track to feeling better!

1. Saline nasal sprays can help with a stuffy nose, as can keeping your head propped up when you sleep.

2. The steam from a warm shower can help with congestion and relax you before bedtime.

3.  A hot cup of decaffeinated tea with lemon can help dry up a runny nose.
